Rosbech Media Consult ApS (company reg. no. 39337975), Dehnsvej 5, 2., 4700 Næstved, Danmark, operates Waymarker and is the controller for personal data processed on waymarker.eu. Questions: hello@waymarker.eu.
What data we process
If you write to us or fill in a form, we process what you provide (typically name, email and your message). When you visit the site, our hosting logs technical data such as IP address and browser, briefly, for operation and security. We set no tracking cookies. See the cookie policy for details.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to answer your enquiry and to enter into or perform a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to operate and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).
Recipients and processors
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Netlify (site hosting), Hetzner (backend, EU), Supabase (database, EU), Resend (email). The automated booking agent you may meet on our customers' sites has its own privacy notice; there, the business whose site you are on is the controller.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for documentation, then delete. Technical logs are kept briefly.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact us at hello@waymarker.eu. You may complain to the Danish DPA (datatilsynet.dk).
Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
